WarZ DayZ is not affiliated with, nor are we the owners of the DayZ brand. All rights to DayZ, including trademarks, game content, and associated intellectual property, belong exclusively to Bohemia Interactive a.s.
Our server and digital offerings are unofficial and community-driven, and operate in compliance with Bohemia Interactive’s Monetization Policy.

1. Introduction

This Fulfillment Policy sets forth the procedures and mechanisms through which Mirasaki Development / WarZ DayZ delivers its digital products — including VIP perks, cosmetic skins, special roles, subscriptions, and in-game enhancements (that do not grant gameplay advantages) — to its users.

We are committed to providing a seamless, transparent, and efficient delivery process from the moment of purchase to the full activation of the product. This policy applies to all digital goods and services offered on our platform.

2. Order Processing and Delivery

Instant Delivery:
Most products are delivered automatically and are accessible within 10 minutes of successful payment.

Manual Delivery:
Some products (e.g. custom skins, unique roles, or manually configured perks) may require up to 72 hours. Customers will be notified in advance if manual processing is required.

Variable Delivery Times:
Some products may have specific delivery times displayed on the product checkout page. We recommend reviewing these times prior to purchase.

Unforeseen Delays:
Server maintenance, outages, or technical issues may cause temporary delays. In such cases, we will make every effort to inform affected users and resolve issues promptly. However, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times in these situations.

3. Delivery Methods

Digital products are delivered through the following methods, depending on the nature of the item:

Direct Account Integration:
Products like VIP queue priority, skins, or perks are applied directly to your in-game account (e.g. Steam ID or character ID).

Activation Codes:
Certain digital goods may be delivered as redeemable codes, which can be activated in-game or via an external platform.

Email Delivery:
Some products or confirmation data may be sent to the buyer’s email address.

Discord Ticketsytem:
Some products or confirmation data may be sent utilizing our ticket system on discord.

In-Game Mechanisms:
Certain perks are activated directly within the game environment and may require a server restart to take effect.

Subscriptions:
Subscription-based perks are activated upon payment confirmation and remain valid until the end of the billing cycle, even if canceled before that date.

4. Server Monetization Guidelines

At WarZ DayZ, we fully comply with Bohemia Interactive’s Monetization Policy. Specifically:

  • All monetized products are cosmetic or quality-of-life enhancements.
  • No product offers a competitive advantage in gameplay.
  • We strive for fairness and community balance across all player experiences.

We reserve the right to modify, disable, or remove certain cosmetic content (e.g. skins or roles) if required for technical or operational reasons. By purchasing digital goods on our platform, you acknowledge and accept that item availability, functionality, or appearance may be subject to change without prior notice.

5. Order Cancellation, Refunds, and Disputes

Order Cancellation:
All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled once processed, due to the instant and digital nature of the goods.

Refunds:
No refunds are provided for digital products, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Dispute Resolution:
We aim to resolve all disputes amicably and encourage users to contact us directly first. If an agreement cannot be reached within 60 days, the dispute will be settled by arbitration under applicable German or EU law, unless otherwise specified.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Fulfillment Policy and any associated service agreements are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, unless otherwise mandated by applicable EU law.

By using our services, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Germany for any legal disputes arising under this policy.

We reserve the right to update or change this Fulfillment Policy at any time. Any modifications will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
